I Purchased a Christmas gift and had it delivered to my in-laws in Oregon. I received an email that it was delivered. My father in-Law said the UPS driver only delivered a big Amazon box. and no Costco delivery was made. I contacted Costco and informed them that the UPS driver did not ask for a signature and did not take a picture of the delivery; it was $400 purchase that must require a signature! they had no proof of delivery, because it did not get delivered.
they informed me that they will investigate, 3 day went by without resolution, I called again, they asked me to wait a couple of more days, I waited, then my online account showed that the return was accepted and the money is refunded! I waited 4 days without any money returned. I called Costco; they said that they made the decision to refund $0. That is not right, I did not get my Item, UPS did not deliver it! they have no proof of delivery. and they don't want to refund or replace my Item!
