Costco South Tulsa Oklahoma. Only 2 cashiers on duty today. At self checkout they would not allow me to use the hand scanner and I would have had to hand swipe each item. An employee stood there next to me with a scanner and would not scan them. I saw elderly people struggling to lift their items to scan. I had to pick up my daughter and the line had taken so long I walked out and left my cart full
