Had a somewhat unpleasant experience at the Logan Costco. Was offered no solution. As I was walking out I decided I would ask one more time at a different counter person.
I explained the situation and Kris imminently offered solutions and found an answer for our problem. Even at the expense of going the extra mile for us. We think she’s awesome and grateful for her flipping out day from cloudy to sunshine.
