The whole Costco membership process is a joke. I'd recommend going to Sam's or BJ'S.
Looking at the overall one star reviews for all locations, you would think they would address the issue with payment.
Does it really matter who pays for it.?
Don't get a membership here folks, you will regret it eventually, not to mention the employees hate their job
