Been an executive member for 16 years and upon returning a makeup mirror worth $30 I got yelled at by the lady at customer service if I had use it. I calmly said I did open it so I’m returning it because it’s not bright enough. I was so embarrassed there was a long line behind me and people heard her. I’m not sure if I can tolerate that kind of attitude again but I can guarantee you I won’t be as nice as I was. Another thing, we decided to downgrade our membership before it expires next year. I don’t see any reason why pay more for membership if everyone has to get in the same long line anyway.
