I've been a loyal Costco member for years, but my recent experience at the [100 veterans way,warminster] store was extremely disappointing. I purchased a washer and dryer, but the washer turned out to be defective. When I tried to exchange both units, the manager, [Manager Gen], made an unprofessional comment, asking "Where you came from?" implying that my concerns were less valid because of my background.
Not only was this comment unacceptable, but the manager also failed to provide a satisfactory solution to resolve the issue. As a customer, I expect respect, professionalism, and a willingness to help.
