Hi.
Costco seems to have lost its way, prioritizing profits over customer convenience. The increased membership fees, the TSA-like check-in at the door, and the long checkout lines make shopping there more of a hassle than a benefit. Unlike Sam’s Club, which trusts its customers and allows seamless mobile payments for a quick in-and-out experience, Costco forces unnecessary steps that slow everything down. Every visit feels like a chore. While they may offer quality products, but their rising prices on products, membership costs, and overall inconvenience make me question if it’s truly worth it. Shopping should be easy and fun—Costco, unfortunately, no longer delivers on that.
