I am a 74 year-old handicapped individual
Who On March 16, I placed an order with Costco.com for a brand new Dell computer.
on March 19. I received a used computer showing a service tag number on the box showing it went under remote repairs from September to December 2024
Costco is claiming that the computer was mailed to me from Dell and Dell was responsible for this while Dell is claiming Costco‘s responsible for this
I was informed by Costco that I would be receiving a return label which I still will not receive but i did receive an email indicating that the process to return is taking longer than usual
As they need to inspect the unit
Due to parkinson I purchased this item for its voice Recognition abilities And the time they're taking to resolve this matter is unacceptable
