I was on the phone for 1 hr. 17 min. today getting a Costco membership card and credit card with VISA. The woman helping me has a very thick ascent and read off her card extremely fast. I could understand very little. Why does Costco only accept VISA. I have a Mastercard. Very unprofessional way of doing business. My card way approved while I was on the phone. I would not go through this same process if I had it to do over again. Thank you.
