I was approached by membership rep to upgrade the membership at Redwood City, CA. I told him i was not interested, he just kept talking. I said I felt harassed, he said that it is Costco doing and I would experience this until I upgrade my membership! He stared at me the rest of the check out process, which made me very uncomfortable and not safe to go to this store. Costco advertises harassment free environment; however, this aggressive approach is promoting unwelcoming behavior from employees. Costco should review its own policies and train employees what harassment means.
