This was my first time ordering online from Costco. It was the worst online ordering experience I have ever had! If you are a Costco member, whatever you do, do not forget your password. It took multiple attempts to reset mine. So many that I lost count. Then the site is soooooo slow! It continually buffers and I had to keep clicking on my cart to advance the checkout process. The only reason I persevered is because the item I wanted is heavy, had free shipping, and it will be easier to get the item into my house directly from my porch. Unless Costco improves their App/Website this will be the last time I order online through them. I would rather do without then go through that torture again. 🦆Ing ridiculous!
