I was issued a $15 digital Costco gift card for all my trouble & numerous calls to right a shipement that was ruined because of the way it was packed at the Costco Warehouse. When my refund for one of the items was finally issued several weeks later ! ( after at least 5 phone calls) they deducted $15 from my original receipt ! Nothing like giving you something, then taking it back. I think you just lost me as a customer.
