Very disappointed with Costco’s online shopping. I’ve had two orders canceled for no valid reason — it wasn’t a card issue, it was on their side. Every time I try to reorder, one of the items is suddenly unavailable. Their only response: "try again."
On top of that, they hold your money, and I’ve had to wait several days to get my payment released. Poor service and no real solutions. I won’t be ordering online from Costco again.
