Customer Service:
I went to a location in Canada and the service was awful except for one nice lady. My family and myself have been shopping at Costco for years and last week the cashiers and the one supervisor treated me like garbage. I was so frustrated, I almost walked out without my groceries. Luckily there was one kind lady that helped me out in the end. Costco, you need lots of improvement with you member services!
