Went to Costco on NE San Jose warehouse to pick up a battery for my 2017 Honda Accord this morning (04/23/2020 around 10:30 am) Asked the associate so I can pick up the right battery for the car. He said that his computer system wont be able to do it, I have to use my smartphone to find out myself. So I just left and bought it from somewhere else. Not sure what the associate is there for? What a service. (My phone was out of battery at the time. He said nothing he can do come back when its charge)
