Costco received my returned items on June 10,2020 . I still haven't received my refunds, after more than a month.
I have called them THREE times to follow up, I spent more than one hour of waiting time each time and was told that I should get my money back in a few days .
Why are you still holding my money since you already received my merchandise a month ago?
