I'm very dissapointed i order a samsung package from costco which included refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. I moved in to my new home with no appliances and was really looking forward to this i order on july 7th and they said it will take a month for me to recieve my order. On august 12 no updates from costco so it took me more than an hour to get through i finally did and they said my order was delayed and i had to wait until august 29 or just cancel at this point after all the waiting i didn't want to cancel it's very easy for them to say and not put themselves in our shoes first week of september i get an email saying order delay until october. Yesterday september 20th they send me an email saying my order was cancel and they will compensate me with 200 dollars i find it very unfair that no one could call me to tell me this or even try to make this better for me i wasn't the one who cancel and they are canceling without an explanation and they feel that with 200 dollars it will be good for us. I have done all my purchase at costco and even if samsung cancel on them they should try to make this better for their customers.
