I’ve worked under several managers, and unfortunately, Chad has been one of the most difficult. His management style is consistently disrespectful and condescending. He tends to look down on team members rather than support them, and his behavior often creates unnecessary tension in the workplace.
Chad frequently delegates petty, nit-picky tasks that feel more like power plays than genuine operational needs. He comes across as bossy and dismissive, often showing off or trying to assert authority in unproductive ways. His attitude affects morale, and it’s noticeable that many employees struggle to get along with him.
There’s a general lack of empathy or team spirit in his approach—he seems more focused on maintaining control than fostering collaboration or respect. Feedback is rarely constructive, and he doesn’t seem open to improvement or dialogue. Overall, the environment under his leadership feels strained and discouraging.
