This company claims that thy offer refunds and to contact their customer service. I have done that, and they do not want to issue me refund. They will not even email me the return label. I have the email correspondence where they are trying to convince me to keep the shoes. I do not want the shoes. They are insisting that the return will be too expensive. They first asked me to give them to someone as a gift. When I refused, they offered me a coupon. When I refused the coupon, they affected me 15% back. I declined that. I have never experienced business practices like this company is doing.
