Cosylands is a huge scam. I ordered shoes months ago. They finally arrived two weeks ago and came stuffed in a white mailing envelope. They weren't wrapped or in a shoe box. Just stuffed in the envelope. The heel was broken, most likely due to the poor shipping. I've been going back and forth with customer service for a week now and they refuse to fully refund me. The max they have offered is a 15% refund and told me I could keep the merchandise. Merchandise that is broken. This is a huge scam and I have reported them to the appropriate bureaus. DO NOT ORDER from them.
