I ordered 3 pair of shoes. 2 arrived just fine but the 3rd never did show up. They were very prompt about replying to my email and refunded quickly but here's the catch. I tried on one pair that I received, I ordered 7.5 and they sent me a 40 which is a 9.5 US size!!! Are you kidding me?! They had the nerve to tell me that I could keep the shoes and give them to a friend and they would give me 15% off another pair! After a week of arguing thru email they will only give 30% of my purchase back for THEIR mistake. Reporting to Better Business Burea next. Never again Cosyland!!
