I read these reviews after ordering. Shipping took a very long time and appeared to be stalled for almost two weeks.
I ordered blackout curtains and received thin, cheap (plastic grommets) curtain of insufficient width. Huge mistake.
Based on my discussion with customer service this far, I have very low expectations for getting this resolved.
