This company is out of China. Their shoes come sized incorrectly and with an awful chemical odor to them. Their return policy has a long list of what they aren’t willing to accept in a return, and lo and behold, they don’t accept anything back with an odor. They’ve tried negotiating a partial refund with me, and I absolutely refuse. I reached out immediately after receiving the shoes which took forever to get, and my dispute still isn’t resolved with the credit card company, and it’s been since April that I made my purchase. Horrible, horrible customer service, and I have the emails to prove it.
