After placing an online order over the bank holiday I realised I had ordered the wrong print. I quickly emailed to explain my mistake and was lucky enough to reach a young lady who was able to retrieve the incorrect item and exchange it for me just before it was despatched! I received the print a gorgeous print the next day to go with one I already had by the same artist. Excellent service!
