DO NOT BOOK DURING COVID!!!!
I was unable to travel to the UK due to COVID and the refused to discuss the matter at all. I was refused at the border. They were not willing to discuss the matter at all. I understand there are complications but they were not willing to be flexible at all. The owner BTW was completely flexible.
