Terrible company, prices fluctuate daily, so they get to be as flexible as they like but you pay whatever they feel like, the same properties can be booked cheaper elsewhere and the customer service is pointless because they have no flexibility on anything, really bad experience, can't cancel because they'd keep all the money, haven't seen the accomodation yet
