Booked the Annex on the Bain with cottages.com.
We booked purely because the advertisement said “private swimming pool”.
It wasn’t private. We got allocated set times in the morning and evening, it was rented out during the day.
I referred it to the ASA who have insisted the advert is changed and the word PRIVATE becomes SHARED.
These people will mislead you into booking with them, don’t trust what you see in the adverts, they have no qualms whatsoever.
