They are truly underperforming in marketing, they promise you all sorts of return, they lie to you about their welcome bonus, and do what they like with pricing meaning you will be lucky to get a miserly amount whilst they play around with pricing your beloved place for peanuts and subsequently likely to get lower quality guests.
