I booked Sybils Cottage in Gayle, North Yorkshire arrived 24/8/24 for a week and left the 25th. The cottaged was rustic warm well equipped and very clean. Unfortunately no mention of stone and marble staircase in statement/description online. I found them to be rather dangerous and felt unsafe using them. As I didn't have telephone number of cottages office I left property. When I rang next day to office I got no satisfaction. So beware of stairs in Sybils cottage.
