I am livid with the service and it’s sad as the regional manager is wonderful. I asked 4 months ago to use Booking’s with you and it’s never been communicated! It’s so wrong! Also the telephone number on the website should be in large font on the front - people still like to talk to a person and the type of people that own extra homes are generally mature and like old school chatting!
