Cottonprint are good to deal with. The parcel arrived extremely quickly (we are still waiting for a parcel ordered a day earlier from a well-known on-line shop).
The only downside was trying to reply to their email. Twice the mail was returned to me and we resorted to the telephone. However, after making the call on one afternoon, the parcel was with us by 10am the next day!!
