Some items arrived quickly and others I had to chase up, but customer services apologised and the items arrived a couple of days later.
The items are cheap and the feel and quality is not the best - but considering the price, not bad I guess. The organic t-shirts were definitely nicer than the fruit of the loom ones which were so rough to touch I had to wash them before wearing them. Also the sizes are a little on the small side.
