We have been really impressed with your service both via the website and on the telephone. We ordered some t-shirts at 3.30pm and they arrived at 8am the next morning! also when part of the order was out of stock you emailed us and offered the option of a refund for these items but we went ahead with the order as the quality of the t-shirts was really good and as described.
