Dealing with Cottonworld has been very frustrating. I ordered 5 trousers. I never received any delivery. Their courier company Bluedart has been saying that they delivered one packet with no evidence to prove. No one was at home at the time and date when they are saying and it was communicated clearly with Cottonworld support team to not to deliver on that day. Don’t know where they have delivered. Customer Support team has not been helpful. The other packet they are saying Blue dart cannot deliver and they will cancel the order and refund that money. But the first packet having 4 trousers I never received. This was my first and last experience dealing with them. I have been emailing them to send me evidence of their delivery but I am receiving no reply re that from customer support team.
