“I bought three linen tie-knot pants (4K each)from Cottonworld in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and unfortunately, they tore within three months. The material feels great, and I really like the style and comfort of the product, but the durability is very disappointing.
This was my first purchase from Cottonworld. While I like the feel and design of their products, the poor durability makes me hesitant to purchase again.”

“Dealing with Cottonworld has been very frustrating. I ordered 5 trousers. I never received any delivery. Their courier company Bluedart has been saying that they delivered one packet with no evidence to prove. No one was at home at the time and date when they are saying and it was communicated clearly with Cottonworld support team to not to deliver on that day.
Don’t know where they have delivered. Customer Support team has not been helpful.
The other packet they are saying Blue dart cannot deliver and they will cancel the order and refund that money. But the first packet having 4 trousers I never received. This was my first and last experience dealing with them. I have been emailing them to send me evidence of their delivery but I am receiving no reply re that from customer support team.”
