The rep showed up in a plan old pick up that couldn't possibly hold all that I had scheduled to be removed. I thought I was contracting with a furniture recycler. It looks like the old mattresses, couches and furniture are just going to the dump. Full regret
I re-read the main webpage. The language about how disposal happens and pick up times is all so ambiguous and noncommittal. I gather that Couch Disposal +, err rather "Loadup", subcontracts to anyone who applies and operates more like a GrubHub type company, but worse.
