Steve, our delivery person, arrived in a timely manner and took away our sofa quickly. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes. After looking at our sofa, Steve informed us he our sofa looked to be in good condition (it was!) and said he would take it to goodwill. This of course made us very happy. The encounter with Steve was excellent.
