I was given a window of 4-8 pm for my sofa to be picked up. No one ever came. I tried calling them multiple times, but only got through a couple of times to speak with a representative who couldn’t give me any information about what happened. I told them that I needed the couch to be out that night because there was a new one being delivered the next day. They said they would “try” to have someone come the next morning, but I told them I was working the next morning and no one would be there in the morning. There was no resolution that day. I’m had to have my son drive for 2 hours to be at my home in case they showed up the next day. Someone came the next day.
They sent me a 10% refund, which is an insulting amount, given their utter failure to provide their service that I prepaid for. On their order form, they say that if there is any delay with service, I would be notified 24 hours earlier, and this never happened.
