We appreciated the clear communication and friendly demeanor of the folks who helped us. They worked quickly, which was also nice.
Unfortunately, they badly damaged our apartment door frame when removing the furniture. We are likely to owe our apartment complex for the damage. We are very disappointed that an otherwise great experience was undermined by some carelessness.
