Everything went smooth. Couch pick-up was easy. I left it in the driveway and they hauled it away during the time frame we agreed on. I had it covered with a tarp because it was sprinkling, and they left the tarp on the porch as my note requested.
I thought they would call or text 30 min before based on the email confirmation, but they didn’t. They did email when they arrived, which I didn’t see until later. It didn’t matter since I didn’t need to be available, but that info might be important to someone reading this.
