I google couch disposal and find couch disposal plus. Set up a pick up online for my couch. They call on Friday to move my pick up day for their convienience not a big deal. When the driver shows up and sees how big the couch is he is clearly not expecting it but tells me to leave it out and he will take care of it. I then get a call from Atlanta telling me this is my fault that’s a sectional not a couch (which I understand now). The issue is my fee more than doubles. Y’all were able to call me for your convienience but don’t have the detail orientation or customer courtesy to confirm what you are picking up. Y’all are literally terrible. Literally my job is to deal with upset guests but when your rep told me this was my fault I lost it. If y’all took 5 minutes per guest to just go over a few small details this could have been avoided. On top of that no apology or empathy whatsoever.
