Where to start?
1. My pick up was rescheduled 3 times (throughout 2.5 weeks)
3. The first reschedule was made via text by the driver simply saying, “I can’t make it today.”
2. When I was promised a second delivery between 4-8 pm, and no one came, it was up to me to call the company to ask what’s going on. When I did so, I was told the driver had requested off and, due to an oversight, no one realized my order would go unfulfilled.
3. When someone finally came, 2.5 weeks after my originally selected pick up date- and past 8 pm, it was one person with a small car, (when I noted the couch was a 2 piece sectional).
4. My husband ended up helping the single delivery person bring our couch down three flights of stairs.
5. The single driver informed us that he is sent out to customers when the Company has a last minute order that they forgot to fulfill in the normal course of business.
I do not recommend this sham business.
