Scheduled pick up for between 12 and 4 with a promise of a text update. No text no pick up.
Tried to call and got left on hold then disconnected.
Sent email and left voice message with no results.
Terrible customer service. Terrible service period.
Just had hip surgery and had to move couch to deck by myself to make room for new couch.
