I ordered from the April 17th and I still don’t have my couch cover. There has been no updated tracking information since May 17th. When I reach out to them
Via Chat(that’s the only way you can) they say oh it’s coming from an international supplier, however they are located in Portland OR. I asked for a refund and they said that’s not possible because it’s on the way. They can assure I will receive the product. This company seems like a complete scam to me. Do Not Order!!
