I’ve emailed customer services twice I’m the last 7 weeks regarding a faulty earring that fell off my ear resulting in the clip breaking off which apparently cannot be repaired.
Neither time have I had the courtesy of a reply when I asked if I could buy a separate earring.
I’m very surprised at their dismissive attitude especially as they were expensive for a pair of clip on earrings.
