Item I ordered never arrived, had to email twice before I got a reply and was then told that coincidentally my parcel was returned by Royal Mail that day, 16 days after it was supposed to have been shipped. I was told they would refund me but only refunded me the price of item not the additional £7 postage. I had to email them again and after two days they said the reason was they were waiting for refund from Royal Mail. What a load of rubbish. I was refunded the postage in the end.
