As a landlord they are more often than not late with payments & blame it on it being a weekend & taking 3 - 5 days held in a business account they are getting interest off.
When these days you can make an immediate bank transfer so why is it taking them 5/6 days?
Thats terrible business practice & needs changing.
Nobody else makes ypu wait 6 days for your money/wages.
Also they are terrible supporting landlords with problem tenants & making sure tenants stick to their tenancy agreements.
Absolute rubbish at property checks & checkout leaving.
They do not look after their landlords interests at all or treat them right.
