I was very excited to begin my course with courses for success only to find that it now doesn't recognise my email address, even though it's the same one I used to purchase my course with. I have sent an email to them so I can reset my password and have access to my paid for course. Why is this even happening? I see others have had a similar experience, which is disappointing. Please look after your customers! Not everyone can afford to lose money on a course they purchased!
