“Art therapy is a multi-faceted tool to work with those who may be having trouble in different areas. Art allows the individual to express their feelings, thoughts and emotions in a way that is non-judgemental and more experimental than words and written expression. The tools of art therapy allow the individual to soften their stress and move forward in a way that talking to a therapist might not allow. This course address many of the ways art therapy can be used with all ages and stages. This course also included short videos to highlight this tool.”
