“I liked that the course and that it was very flexible in that I could study on my own time. The modules were very informative . I have a better understanding and use of nutrient-dense , whole foods. I feel more encouraged , and the practical advice I can use daily. I feel more confident on food choices and focusing on topics like macronutrients and weight maintenance. I feel it is a great solid foundation and outstanding program. In the nutrition course I found how to pinpoint and improve my own health. That's where nutrition comes into play. Getting well-informed on how nutrition works and also how it can benefit.”
